Photography is an amazing element. There is so much power and emotion that can be portrayed in a photograph. This is why it is so critical to select and include great photos for your web site.
Whether they are your own photos taken with a high-end or high-resolution digital camera, stock photos you find/buy on the internet or photos that you have contracted to be taken – photos are essential to your web site and brand’s success.
If you find that you are simply not interested in photos, don’t have the time to gather them or are stuck finding the right images — take action to improve your ability to get and include photos! Remember that nearly all newspapers and magazines include photos. Why? They sell! They sell the story, the overall piece, etc.
Take a few minutes to inventory your current web site. Are the images fresh, do they portray your brand and who you are or want to be? If you answered no — take action!
